SameSky Health CTO Josh Siegel Named to Top 25 CTO List
Siegel has guided the transition of SameSky Health from legacy platforms and services to a new expanded offering and product architecture.
SameSky Health is pleased to announce that our Chief Technology Officer, Josh Siegel, has been named one of the Top 25 Healthcare Technology CTOs of 2022 by Healthcare Technology Report. The publication’s annual list recognizes the contributions made by these key healthcare technology executives, all of whom lead teams leveraging technology to advance the state of innovation in healthcare, while driving improvements and efficiencies for their clients.
Since joining SameSky Health in 2021, Siegel has overseen the transition from the company’s legacy services and systems to a redefined and expanded offering, with a new technical architecture to support it. Founded in 2017 as ConsejoSano, the company rebranded in 2022 as SameSky Health, at the same time unveiling a new product — CultureGuide™ — that builds upon the company’s operational history and strong track record. A culturally intelligent engagement solution that leverages data insights, CultureGuide empowers health plans to better connect members to the services and care they need.
“Josh rapidly understood our objectives, and created a scalable, flexible architecture to get us there quickly,” commented Abner Mason, SameSky Health founder and CEO. “What he and his team have created in CultureGuide is a testament to his vision and leadership skills, and the solution is already proving its value to our health plan partners.”
Beyond his work in bringing CultureGuide to life, Siegel is responsible for all aspects of the company’s technology. Additionally, he and his team have worked diligently to secure HITRUST Risk-Based, 2-Year (r2) Certified status for the infrastructure behind CultureGuide and our corporate systems, recognition that was recently awarded to SameSky Health.
“I’m honored to be recognized by Healthcare Technology Report,” Siegel said. “I feel that it reflects positively on our entire product and technology teams, and their passion around working with our health plan partners to deliver personalized, culturally relevant experiences for their members, that in turn advances health equity and reduces health disparities.”
