Founder and CEO
Abner Mason has spent decades working to reduce barriers to care faced by underserved people nationally and internationally, from the federal to the local level. He has served on President Bush’s Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS, as Chief Policy Advisor to the Governor of Massachusetts, and as part of the Biden-Harris Campaign Policy Committee. He currently sits on the board of Manifest MedEx, serves as vice-chairman of the board of the California Black Health Network, is a member of United States of Care’s Founders Council, and the American Medical Association’s External Equity and Innovation Advisory Group. Josh Siegel
Josh Siegel brings almost 20 years of healthcare technology innovation to his role at SameSky Health. Prior to joining SameSky Health, Josh served as SVP of Software Engineering at Inovalon for Payer and Insights business units. Prior to Inovalon, he held leadership roles at CareCloud (acquired by MTBC), and Eliza Corporation. Josh has been a speaker at AWS re:invent, GCP Next, and HIMSS. Learn more.

Meredith Welsh
Meredith Welsh has spent nearly two decades working to bring personalized healthcare to medically underserved individuals internationally and within the US. With an emphasis on operational solutions that drive change, she focuses on the intersection of culture and lived experiences and how it impacts barriers to care and health outcomes. Meredith has served as CEO for a multinational healthcare organization and currently sits on their Board of Directors. She is a proud returned Peace Corps Volunteer, serving two years in El Salvador as a Rural Health and Sanitation volunteer. Learn more.

Lana Alman
Lana Alman is the Director of Content at SameSky Health, where she oversees content development for health plans and providers. Prior to joining SameSky Health, Lana spent 11 years at Booz Allen Hamilton supporting federal government clients across the Department of Homeland Security and Health and Human Services. She oversaw the Spanish language content development team for the ACA call centers to ensure that millions of Spanish speakers had access to affordable care. Lana has a background in migration studies and spent time in Santiago, Chile as a Fulbright Fellow studying female migration patterns from Peru to Chile. She holds a BA from Miami University and an MA from Vanderbilt University. Lana is fluent in Spanish, Russian, and English and has a passion for multicultural and multilingual communities. Brianna Frost
Brianna Frost has been working in healthcare analytics for more than 11 years, most recently at Inovalon. Prior to joining SameSky Health, she worked in a variety of roles ranging from operations to product management and product development. Brianna is passionate about bringing a human-centered and data-driven approach to product management. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in business from Excelsior College. Learn more.

Ray Carvill is a seasoned healthcare tactician that has designed, operationalized, and developed innovative concepts into successful new services and products throughout his career. He possesses a unique combination of analytical and creative-thinking skills with a passion for finding efficient and scalable solutions to problems. Ray has a track record of success across various domains within healthcare, including pharmaceutical and life sciences supply chain, payer and provider analytics, health plan consumer engagement, and healthcare data consulting. He has held senior level positions at Eliza, HMS, Tracelink and Inovalon where he has led, built, and supported successful pre-sales, product, and operations teams. Learn more.

Phil brings more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience to his role as Chief Growth Officer, with expertise in developing and implementing shared-risk models. Before joining SameSky Health, Phil was the President and CEO of Leavitt Risk Partners. Prior to Leavitt Risk Partners, he held leadership roles at Rally Health, UnitedHealth Group, Optum, and Deloitte and Touche Consulting Group. Phil holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Brigham Young University. Learn more.
